Malleable Details is a collaborative project between Jordan Mitchell-Fletcher and James Murnane, bringing together their respective sculpture and painting practices by means of their shared interest in process driven artmaking. Responding to the unique material particularities of the Schoolhouse Studios gallery space, as well as those within each others practice, they undertake an engagement with heaviness and lightness, temporality and permanence, playfulness and consideration, the solidly structured and the tenuously tethered, and what something was, is, and could be.
